Hello!
I love my puddings but I'm rubbish at portion control, especially when serving from large tubs!
I've been on the hunt (mostly via pinterest) for a skinny alternative and keep seeing frozen banana dessert recipes. I had a couple in my freezer, so figured I'd give it a go!
So, here's how you make it!
Serves one
You will need:
2 x frozen bananas
Food processor
Method:
- Peel and chop the frozen bananas
- Add to your food processor and whizz!
Seriously.. that's it! Instead of crumbling like you think they would, bananas go nice and creamy when whizzed up frozen.
I added 1tbsp of crunchy peanut butter and a little drizzle of chocolate sauce to mine (above) but you could add chocolate/chocolate powder, pecans, walnuts, smooth peanut butter, nutella and the list goes on.
Just mix it up to whatever you have in your cupboards or takes your fancy.
I will definately be storing more bananas in my freezer :]
Let me know if you try it!
x
